Paul is a qualified accountant with over 20 years’ experience working within financial services. Prior to Archax, Paul was Group Financial Director of a large property investment group based in London, where he was responsible for the finance functions across all eight group companies and a further 35 SPVs. Before that, Paul held several senior finance and operational roles at hedge funds, family offices and within the FX/Payment services space.

Paul has experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and tax, as well as treasury, debt-financing, special purpose vehicles, restructuring debt and due diligence on transactions across a wide variety of businesses. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
