Sinéad O’Regan has over 25 years of experience spanning tax practice, investment bank and hedge funds. During her time as the COO of a Systematic Equity Market Neutral Hedge Fund, Sinéad was responsible for the multiple functions of a COO at a hedge fund including the full finance function, compliance and operations. Prior to that, Sinéad was a Vice President in the Compliance and Operational Risk Team at Credit Suisse responsible for evolving, maintaining and implementing the compliance and risk common framework.

She started her career with Arthur Andersen in tax and spent 14 years with Arthur Andersen/Deloitte in Dublin, Luxembourg and London as a Tax Director specialising in International Tax for European and US clients. She was responsible for deal and project team management in setting up International Funds.

Sinéad is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (FCA), an Associate of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland (AITI) and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CMCISI).
