Lawrence is an equity derivatives trader with 15 years of experience managing electronic trading teams for US banks and proprietary trading firms. Lawrence has a keen personal interest in the boundary between traditional markets, DeFi and AMMs and has advised on various projects in the space. Whilst at Morgan Stanley he was a member of the European Strategic Opportunities Group and met with dozens of start-ups and exchanges in the digital asset and crypto industries.

Lawrence holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, is a CFA Charter holder and has a US patent pending for the use of NFT technology in apparel manufacture.
